2 Kronieken 6:16

SV	En nu, HEERE, God van Israel, houd Uw knecht, mijn vader David, wat Gij tot hem gesproken hebt, zeggende: Geen man zal u van voor Mijn aangezicht afgesneden worden, die zitte op den troon van Israel; alleenlijk zo uw zonen hun weg bewaren, om te wandelen in Mijn wet, gelijk als gij gewandeld hebt voor Mijn aangezicht.
WLC	וְעַתָּ֞ה יְהוָ֣ה ׀ אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל מֹר לְעַבְדְּךָ֙ דָוִ֤יד אָבִי֙ אֵת֩ אֲשֶׁ֨ר דִּבַּ֤רְתָּ לֹּו֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר לֹא־יִכָּרֵ֨ת לְךָ֥ אִישׁ֙ מִלְּפָנַ֔י יֹושֵׁ֖ב עַל־כִּסֵּ֣א יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל רַ֠ק אִם־יִשְׁמְר֨וּ בָנֶ֜יךָ אֶת־דַּרְכָּ֗ם לָלֶ֙כֶת֙ בְּתֹ֣ורָתִ֔י כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר הָלַ֖כְתָּ לְפָנָֽי׃
Trans.	wə‘atâ JHWH ’ĕlōhê yiśərā’ēl šəmōr lə‘aḇədəḵā ḏāwîḏ ’āḇî ’ēṯ ’ăšer dibarətā llwō lē’mōr lō’-yikārēṯ ləḵā ’îš milləfānay ywōšēḇ ‘al-kissē’ yiśərā’ēl raq ’im-yišəmərû ḇāneyḵā ’eṯ-darəkām lāleḵeṯ bəṯwōrāṯî ka’ăšer hālaḵətā ləfānāy:

AC	טז ועתה יהוה אלהי ישראל שמר לעבדך דויד אבי את אשר דברת לו לאמר לא יכרת לך איש מלפני יושב על כסא ישראל רק אם ישמרו בניך את דרכם ללכת בתורתי כאשר הלכת לפני
ASV	Now therefore, O Jehovah, the God of Israel, keep with thy servant David my father that which thou hast promised him, saying, There shall not fail thee a man in my sight to sit on the throne of Israel, if only thy children take heed to their way, to walk in my law as thou hast walked before me.
BE	So now, O Lord, the God of Israel, let your word to your servant David, my father, come true, when you said, You will never be without a man to take his place before me on the seat of the kingdom of Israel; if only your children give attention to their ways, walking in my law, as you have done before me.
Darby	And now, Jehovah, God of Israel, keep with thy servant David my father that which thou hast promised him saying, There shall not fail thee a man in my sight to sit on the throne of Israel, if only thy sons take heed to their way to walk in my law, as thou hast walked before me.
ELB05	Und nun, Jehova, Gott Israels, halte deinem Knechte David, meinem Vater, was du zu ihm geredet hast, indem du sprachst: Es soll dir nicht fehlen an einem Manne vor meinem Angesicht, der da sitze auf dem Throne Israels, wenn nur deine Söhne auf ihren Weg achthaben, daß sie in meinem Gesetze wandeln, so wie du vor mir gewandelt hast.
LSG	Maintenant, Eternel, Dieu d'Israël, observe la promesse que tu as faite à David, mon père, en disant: Tu ne manqueras jamais devant moi d'un successeur assis sur le trône d'Israël, pourvu que tes fils prennent garde à leur voie et qu'ils marchent dans ma loi comme tu as marché en ma présence.
Sch	So halte nun, o HERR, Gott Israels, deinem Knechte David, meinem Vater, was du zu ihm gesagt hast, als du sprachest: Es soll dir nicht mangeln an einem Mann vor mir, der auf dem Throne Israels sitze, wenn nur deine Kinder auf ihren Weg achthaben, daß sie in meinem Gesetze wandeln, wie du vor mir gewandelt bist!
Web	Now therefore, O LORD God of Israel, keep with thy servant David my father that which thou hast promised him, saying, There shall not fail thee a man in my sight to sit upon the throne of Israel; provided thy children take heed to their way to walk in my law, as thou hast walked before me.
